Technically, I have been a family caregiver all my life. I began my caregiving journey when I became an adult. I served my country for two years and six months, and came back to my hometown.

I've cook, clean, prepare, execute, study, advocate, and more importantly, give care to others surrounding me.

Fun Fact about me:
Caregiving has its rewards mysteriously when you are truly engaged in it...persevering in getting my Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics, Master of Science in Instructional Psychology & Technology, and my Ph.D in Counseling Psychology.
